Ghivexonux is committed to customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products and services related to our garden lighting and irrigation systems.
Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it subject to the following conditions:
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later.
- Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Return Authorization: You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any product. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-designed or specially ordered products
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products without original packaging or missing components
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund
Installation Services
For installation services provided by Ghivexonux:
- If you are not satisfied with our installation work, please contact us within 14 days of completion
- We will inspect the installation and address any legitimate concerns at no additional cost
- Service fees may be refundable only if we are unable to resolve issues to your satisfaction
- Refunds for services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Warranty Claims
Products purchased from Ghivexonux may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will facilitate the warranty process. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
Exchanges
We may offer product exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window and are subject to the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect if possible
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We may request return of the damaged item for inspection
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and original invoice or receipt
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
- Retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes
